To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please include the following in your email:
Which app are you using? You can find the version in the app's settings.
e.g. iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 18.3. Go to Settings > General > About.
What happened, and what did you expect to happen? Steps to reproduce help a lot.
If applicable, attach a screenshot or screen recording showing the issue.
The app isn't working as expected. What should I do?
Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, make sure you're running the latest version from the App Store and that your device is updated to the latest iOS version. If the problem continues, contact us with the details above.
How do I request a feature?
We'd love to hear your ideas. Send us an email at support@zasder.com with the subject line "Feature Request" and a description of what you'd like to see.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Our apps are designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All processing happens locally on your device. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete my data?
Since all data is stored locally on your device, simply deleting the app will remove all associated data. No account deletion is necessary because we don't create accounts.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
